Functional and Decorative Handmade Ceramic Art

Currently most of my work has been centered around using a variety of colored clay to create unique, one of a kind, functional and decorative ceramic art. Agateware, or marbling the clay before throwing the piece, allows each piece to be unique in that the color is derived from the clay and throwing process, and not just by adding a colored glaze to the finished surface. Allowing each piece to show their colors differently. A majority of my work is created with the intention of everyday use, allowing most of them to be dishwasher, microwave and oven safe (unless otherwise stated).
